01 Acceptance of Terms

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ktv8889 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. ktv8889 does not accept cash deposits or third-party payment wallets not listed on the platform.

• All game outcomes on ktv8889 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) provided by licensed third-party game studios. ktv8889 does not alter, influence, or tamper with game outcomes.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as published by the governing sporting body. ktv8889 reserves the right to void markets where results are in dispute or where the integrity of an event is compromised.

07 Prohibited Conduct

• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against ktv8889.

You may close your ktv8889 account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Funds held in bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
